Triggerman Changes Plea In Fatal Robbery Case

GOSHEN — Dejiore Fox, the triggerman in a botched robbery that left a City of Newburgh drug dealer dead, traded his initial second-degree murder plea for a manslaughter plea Tuesday.At a hearing Tuesday before Orange County Court Judge William DeProspo, Fox accepted a deal with prosecutors that would knock five years off a 25-year sentence.
