There's something about New Orleans. It's something gritty, sultry and beautiful and writer/director, Garrett Bradley, delves into it with her film, "Below Dreams." The film world premieres at the upcoming Tribeca Film Festival on April 19, and Indiewire has the exclusive trailer.
