Treasurys are trading slightly higher after the government saw strong bidding for its debt. In its first of three auctions this week, the Treasury raised $35 billion in a sale of two-year notes Monday. The notes were priced to yield 0.52 percent. Even at such low rates, demand for the notes was strong.
