One man’s trash is another man’s Christmas extravaganza. Heath Springs resident Tommy Brooks, who works at the county recycling center in Kershaw, has spent the past couple of months scouring his dumpsters for usable Christmas decorations to light up the center. “I wanted to make people feel like it was Christmas,” Brooks said.
