The Ventura County Transportation Commission will be moving from its longtime Ventura location to a new space in Camarillo in 2016.The commission on Friday approved an agreement to buy an office building at 2220 Ventura Blvd. from the city of Camarillo for $1. Before the commission can move in, the building will have to be renovated, said Executive Director Darren Kettle.The move will save the commission about $10,000 a month in rent it pays for its location at 950 County Square Drive, Suite 207, near the county Government Center in Ventura, he said.
