NEWTOWN - Traffic is backed up for more than five miles along Interstate 84 after an accident involving two tractor-trailer trucks has closed the westbound lanes of the highway. Troopers with the State Police were allowing some motorists to get through the area through the right emergency lane, authorities said, but that lane was closed temporarily to allow the tow trucks to do their work.
