Stories Related to Tom Cruise To Play John Edwards In 'the Politician'?

The perfect fit? We just don't know what to think of this? We never noticed the resemblance Tom Cruise had to John Edwards before. But they do look quite a bit alike. Is this giving John Edwards too much credit? Or is it kind of an insult? We do know that Tom Cruise could be cast to play Edwards in the upcoming biopic, The Politician.

Senh: I was just saying how Tom Cruise would be the "perfect fit" for this role, and now it has became a .... rumor. If they could get Cruise to do it, it would awesome, but I doubt it. With Knight and Day disappointing at the box office, he's probably looking forward to Mission Impossible 4.
