I have downloaded pictures from Google Images and from e-mail. I can open the picture in the "Downloads" file that opens up. I save them to a folder in my Pictures file. Then, later, when I go to that folder or the Downloads folder, it is either not there or when I click on it, a small window opens up with unreadable characters in it.
