Tim Blake Nelson lets fans know that his character, The Leader in Captain America: Brave New World, will be brought to life through makeup as opposed to visual effects. Nelson was there at the very beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in their second film, The Incredible Hulk, playing the character of Samuel Sterns, who fans know as one of the Hulk's greatest enemies, The Leader.
