Tiger Woods says he was not fined by PGA Tour for critical remarks about rules official

Tiger Woods did not back down Tuesday from his criticism of a rules official after the final round of Sunday's WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and said he was not fined for his comments by the PGA Tour.
