Tiananmen Anniversary Has Hong Kong Agonizing Over Its Future

It’s an annual ritual of defiance against Beijing, and this year the crowds will be larger and more militant than ever. Hong Kong's skyline gleams from the top of Victoria Peak, a popular tourist destination on Hong Kong Island, China, May 23, 2014. A visitor to the June 4th Museum in Hong Kong watches a video of Chinese tanks rolling into Beijing’s Tiananman Square during the 1989 crackdown on pro-democracy protestors, on May 23, 2014.
