WOODBURY – Two upstate men were charged with possession of marijuana after their car was stopped on the Thruway Tuesday night.State police said troopers stopped the car, driven by Brandon M. Burrell, 24, of Cobleskill, for vehicle and traffic violations just before 9 p.m. Tuesday.An interview with Burrell established probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants, police said.A search found that Burrell and his passenger, Kahleel P.
