NEW PALTZ – A stop for a vehicle and traffic violation on the Thruway early Tuesday morning led to a felony drug charge for an upstate man.State police said Sadeq Nasher, 38, of Latham, was stopped on the Thruway in the Town of New Paltz at 2:55 a.m. Tuesday.Police said they found he was in possession of Methcathinone, a stimulant.
