CORNWALL – A Brooklyn man was charged with felony drug possession after state police stopped his car on the Thruway in Orange County Tuesday night.State police said they stopped the car driven by Matthew D. Nisbett, 36, of Brooklyn, for several vehicle and traffic violations just before 9:30 p.m. An interview with Nisbett established probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants.Police said Nisbett possessed approximately 3.2 grams of methamphetamine, 14.
