Sgt. Sean McGowan said just after 5 p.m., hours before Cee Lo Green took the Columbus Park stage, an officer inside Alive@Five noticed Holloway shouting obscenities as he was walking east on Main Street and out of the music venue. Holloway was then seen climbing onto a concrete pillar just at Atlantic Street and throwing a knapsack he was carrying into some bushes next to the police department’s mobile command center. The officers then tried to stop him, but Holloway kneed one officer in the face and injured another officer’s shoulder while another officer suffered a knee injury, McGowan said.
