Three men were arrested Monday after allegedly kidnapping and torturing their housemate for 14 hours, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Jason Edward Carlson, 49; Sherell Cortez Allen, 48; and Luke Leonard Anaya, 41, were arrested Monday at a house in the 4700 block of South Oak Court after a hospital staff member reported a patient who claimed to have been tied up and tortured for 14 hours, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
