Three Charged In City Of Newburgh Armed Robbery

CITY OF NEWBURGH – Two men and a woman stopped in a vehicle with a handgun shortly after a man flagged down a City of Newburgh officer Wednesday morning to say he was held up at gunpoint face felony robbery and weapons charges, police said.Michael Robinson, 19, of Newburgh; Jailian Talley, 22, of West Point; and Alexa Proper, 19, of Kingston, were charged after a vehicle they were in was stopped in the area of 20 Benkard Ave.
