BY ROBERT MEDLEY, Staff WriterEDMOND — Not long after the doors opened before noon Thursday, more than 400 Thanksgiving Day meals already had gone out for deliveries to those who couldn’t leave home. The line also was formed for those ready to be seated at the Edmond Community Thanksgiving Dinner at 11 a.m. More than 3,000 people were served a turkey meal at the University of Central Oklahoma Nigh University Center. The weather was sunny and winds were calm, and Thanksgiving meals were delivered with no problems, volunteers said.Read more on NewsOK.com
