The district attorney’s office filed a motion Friday requesting to add charges of solicitation to commit first-degree murder and solicitation to commit perjury to the criminal case against him, the agency said in a post on X. James Craig is also charged with tampering with evidence and soliciting perjury after allegedly asking two different people, including his daughter, to cover up evidence in the case after his arrest.
