BY MEGAN SCHRADER megan.schrader@gazette.com -DENVER - A bill that would reduce Colorado's testing schedule to the federal minimums passed the Senate with broad bipartisan support on a preliminary voice vote Thursday night.Senate Bill 257 is the more drastic of the two remaining testing reduction bills being considered by lawmakers this session.It would eliminate at least seven exams between grades 3 and 12.Sen.
