E! has found a permanent replacement for Ryan Seacrest on E! News. Terrence Jenkins, until recently the co-host of BET’s 106 & Parkvideo countdown show, will join Giuliana Rancic as co-anchor of E! News starting Nov. 12. Jenkins, who had previously used the name Terrance J, will also work on personality profiles and will report for the news program.
