A pharmacy's shelves were wiped clean during a burglary at a pharmacy in Briargate Friday morning, Colorado Springs Police Department says. At 2:24 a.m., police resopnded to a reported burglary at Profession Pharmacy at 595 Chapel Hills Drive. The pharmacy owner had received a notification from the alarm company. When the owner arrived, he discovered the business had been broken into and prescription narcotics were taken. The pharmacist told Gazette news partner KKTV that the suspects wiped shelves clean, stealing between $10-20,000 in drugs such as OxyContin and hydrocodone. There is currently no suspect description available.
