Officers flooded the area and the would-be victim told police the suspect was 15 years old, wearing a blue jacket and maroon sweat pants. After identifying who the teenaged suspect was, police went to the teens house and found the handgun along with other evidence of the crime, Hohn said. The teen was charged with criminal attempt at robbery, carrying a pistol without a permit, threatening and breach of peace.
