STOCKTON — This spring, 11 young chefs on two teams, one team from Franklin High School and the other from Health Careers Academy, battled it out over shrimp jambalaya and risotto in a Teen Chef Battle Competition.Today one group of teens will showcase their talents at the third annual Farm-to-Fork event at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds.Teen Battle Chef is just one of the after-school clubs that is a creation of HealthCorps.
