A Fort Lauderdale teenager accused of accidentally killing his friend in Wilton Manors in September while both were playing with handguns has been charged as an adult with manslaughter. Herbe Belony, 16, is in custody with bond set at $50,000. The Broward Clerk of Courts’ website did not list an attorney for Belony Wednesday. The Broward Sheriff’s Office said Belony and Christopher Granados, 16, were among a group of friends gathered in a Wilton Manors apartment on Sept.
