By TOM HAYS Police arrested a teenager on Wednesday in the slaying of a veteran New York City radio reporter who was found in his apartment bound with duct tape and stabbed about 50 times.New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne said the 16-year-old suspect made statements implicating himself in George Weber's death.The teen was taken into custody Tuesday night in Middletown, N.Y.Weber apparently allowed the teen into his Brooklyn home after they met through Craigslist.Police found Weber's body Sunday in the bedroom of this Brooklyn apartment, bound at the ankles with duct tape.
