Armed with a small high-definition camcorder, Kaffie Middle School teacher Anna Gatti shot video of an oil rig in construction. It took the help of a boat to get close enough to do it on the Intracoastal Waterway near the Conn Brown Harbor in Aransas Pass. And it took the help of the state General Land Office Teach the Teachers program.
