By Stefan Stevenson "Defense terrible."That was the first thing out of coach Gary Patterson's mouth following TCU's Saturday morning scrimmage at Amon G. Carter Stadium.It has almost become an unofficial tradition for Patterson to vent about his defense not being ready. In April 2009, he worried the unit had no killer instinct and hadn't learned how to hunt together.Last August he was rightly concerned about question marks in the secondary and wondered aloud if they'd stop any offense.
