An 18-year-old Taylor man has been charged with first-degree murder in the July 30 stabbing death of a Huron Township father.Stacy Wayne Rose Jr. was arraigned on the charge Aug. 2 in 34th District Court in Romulus.The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office alleges that Rose stabbed Robert Briscoe Sr.
