Dalton Chandler Harris, 19, of 211 Hoover Drive in Lexington, is charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon on a government off

Chiquita Jeanile Stimpson, 29, of 623 Watson St., Apt. B, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a weapon into an occupied property. 

UNCG's commencement will be held May 8.

According to a news release, the larceny took place about 4:30 p.m. on March 19. 

Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers will also pay a reward of up to $2,000 for an arrest or indictment in the 2013 death of Antwan Lenard Whitmire. 

Motorists who are caught on camera could appeal the $500 civil fine.

Officials say the rope tied into a noose was found about 2 a.m. in the Bryan Center plaza. 

Tracey Demont Humphries already was in jail in connection with a robbery and attempted robbery on March 22.

The annual event usually draws about 3,000 people to campus.

The charges stem from two incidents, the first of which happened Saturday, according to the release.
