The Prichard Water Board might not be around past June 3, but a decision it makes on Friday could have a long-lasting impact to Prichard water customers. The Water Board will meet at 9 a.m. Friday to decide on a multi-year contract with Severn Trent, the third-party contractor that operates the Prichard system.
