State police at Ebensburg announced Monday that they have arrested a Carrolltown man for setting at least one of a spate of fires that plagued his neighborhood this summer.
And more charges are expected to be announced today.

A threat made Monday on social media against Altoona Area High School students is being taken seriously by district officials and police.
"It was kind of a generic threat," Altoona Area spokeswoman Paula Foreman said Monday night.
