Officials are exploring the possibility of expanding the township’s police department, but they improperly advertised a public meeting designed to solicit input from residents, according to an attorney.

Gov. Tom Wolf announced on Thursday that the state will provide $5 million in funding for the opioid-reversal drug naloxone to first responders in Pennsylvania, which would provide 60,000 naloxone kits statewide over the next two years.
