As the summer comes to a close, so do most of Washtenaw’s theater seasons. Along with the season wrap up comes a slew of awards for excellence from Michigan theater critics. This coming Monday, Michigan’s professional theater community will celebrate another year of excellence with the 12th annual Wilde Awards, hosted by the Michigan Equity Theatre Alliance.

 

Freeloading baby daddy refuses to hit the road

DEAR ABBY: My 22-year-old daughter and her two young children live with me. She doesn't work, which is fine. I don't mind supporting her because I'd rather have the kids see their mom.

My 18-year-old son recently began his first relationship with a 20-year-old girl. They've been attending community college together and started as friends. He still sees his friends, although he spends the rest of his time either texting, Skyping, watching TV remotely online, or spending time in person with her.
