Volunteers with ties to Bucks County going to Houston on Harvey relief mission

Two women, one a Middletown resident and the other a Middletown native now living in Massachusetts, were moved by the devastating images from Hurricane Harvey-ravaged areas and decided to do something besides make a monetary donation to a relief agency.
