Discussion on mental illness in Decatur sheds light on tough issues

DECATUR — It's not easy to fight the longstanding cultural stigma surrounding mental illness, especially in the African-American community, but the first step is talking about it, mental health and social services leaders said Thursday.

Navy charging commanders with homicide in ship collisions that killed 17, including Harristown sailor
