Driver involved in head-on accident with school bus ticketed

Trooper Joseph Rush said 19-year-old Korbin Barrett was cited for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

State police have issued a pair of tickets to the driver who they said caused a head-on collision with an Arcola school bus on Thursday.
