Man shot and killed Wednesday identified as 27-year-old Oakland man

STOCKTON — The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office on Friday identified the victim of Stockton’s 10th homicide as Christopher Perkins Jr. of Oakland.Perkins, 27, was shot near Albany and Astor drives Wednesday afternoon, police said.
