Lodi authorities respond to fire, find marijuana grow

LODI — Police and fire officials responded to a residential fire at 121 Olive Court at around 1:40 p.m. Tuesday and reported finding an illegal marijuana grow inside the home.Joshua O'Connell, 37, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and other related charges.
