Border Patrol agent arrested for sending genitalia photos

A U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agent and another man were charged with crimes in connection with a series of events involving pictures of the agent's genitalia, social media and a phony teenage girl, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office.The agent, Garrett McMahan, 39, of Harrison Township, complained to police April 5 that another man, Joshua Pringle, 32, of Mount Clemens, posted photos of McMahan's genitalia on McMahan's Facebook page.

A new law limiting opioid prescriptions for pain to a seven day supply takes effect this Sunday, July 1.P.A. 251 is part of a legislative package signed by Lt. Gov. Brian Calley last December to address the opioid crisis and specifically limits an acute pain prescription to a seven day supply within a seven day period.
