911 Report: Man charged with firing gun at moving car

A 40-year-old man was charged Friday in connection with gunshots fired at a moving car in Wahiawa. Burt Maurice Favero, of Wahiawa, was charged with reckless endangering, two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening and a firearm violation. His bail was set at $200,000.
