PROVIDENCE -- Detectives are investigating the robbery of a CVS Sunday.According to Commander Thomas Verdi, a man walked into the CVS at 799 Hope St. at about 6:40 p.m. and demanded that an employee open the register.The employee opened it, and the suspect grabbed money and fled, police said.
