Sharon Osbourne Talks America's Got Talent Departure: "I Just Can't Be Fake"

Sharon Osbourne isn't afraid to speak her mind. The 59-year-old TV personality opened up to the New York Post about her rumored exit from America's Got Talent. "I just can't be fake," she said. She's upset after her 26-year-old son Jack was allegedly fired from another NBC reality show, Stars Earn Stripes, after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. (Both E! and America's Got Talent are part of the NBCUniversal family.)

Osbourne, 26, who welcomed daughter Pearl with his fiancée, Lisa Stelly, in April, was given the news of his diagnosis two weeks after his daughter's birth.
