A judge has awarded Donald Trump's Miss Universe Organization $5 million in damages against ex-Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin over allegations she made this past summer that the Miss USA pageant was rigged.

A 21-year-old auburn-haired California girl won the Miss USA crown on Sunday night and will represent the nation in this year’s Miss Universe pageant in September in Brazil.

A beauty queen in the running to become Miss USA has stepped down after being charged with three counts of identity theft.

Pageant officials are investigating 2007 photos of Rima Fakih performing a pole dance. The newly crowned Miss USA did not remove any clothing at the 2007 “Stripper 101” event sponsored by a syndicated radio show, which was attended only by women.

Miss Michigan Rima Fakih was crowned Miss USA on May 15, becoming the first Arab-American to ever win the pageant.
