A Florida homeowner received quite a shock when she returned home on Saturday to find a 6-foot alligator in one of her bedrooms, according to reports from Bay News 9.

A Panhandle yard sale shopper's potted violet contained a touch of Grandma Marge. Piper Gaffrey, of Fort Walton Beach, told the Northwest Florida Daily News on Wednesday that the potted violet, which contained her grandmother's ashes, was accidentally sold at the weekend sale.
