Former pro wrestler Hulk Hogan has settled a lawsuit with a disc jockey over a sex tape involving Hogan and the DJ's wife. A statement by Hogan's publicist Monday says the terms of the settlement are confidential. Hogan said in a lawsuit earlier this month that he had consensual sex with his best friend's wife, Heather Clem, six years ago in the Clems' home, but he didn't know he was being videotaped.

Hulk Hogan's mad, and he's ready to lay the smackdown in court according to a press release issued by his lawyer. The WWE legend, real name Terry Bollea, filed two civil lawsuits Monday in Tampa, Fla., in connection to the release of his sex tape that leaked on the internet earlier this month, and was allegedly done without his knowledge or consent.

According to Hogan (actual name: Terry Bollea), he was at a "friend's house" when the incident occurred, and "I had no idea there was a camera in the room." Things weren't going so great for the mustachioed wrestler back then; he admitted he was at a "very low point" when he was filmed without his knowledge, but added, "I'm not making excuses, I'm accountable, I was the guy, I was there, I made the choice."

Hulk Hogan is reportedly in the process of sending a cease-and-desist letter to Gawker for posting video of the wrestler having sex with a woman rumored to be the wife of Hogan’s best friend, the radio personality dubbed Bubba the Love Sponge. Gawker says it received the footage through an anonymous source who did not seek payment. Hogan’s lawyer says if they don’t remove it, there will be a lawsuit. And I say, when a guy named Bubba the Love Sponge is even tangentially involved, isn’t this sort of thing inevitable?
