Incumbent parties prevail in governors' races

Kentucky's Democratic governor easily won another term, and Mississippi voters kept their governor's office in GOP hands — decisions that suggested many Americans were not ready to abandon incumbent parties.

Senh: Good news for the Democrats. They're not entirely dead. I guess people are, in general, unhappy with lawmakers, and that includes Republicans too. It just depends on who they dislike more.
