A veteran GOP operative with ties to Sarah Palin says it might be "too late" for the former Alaska governor to jump into the presidential race. Fred Malek, co-chairman of John McCain's national finance committee in 2008, told ABC News today that he believes the GOP presidential field is set. Palin, McCain's running mate, has said she'll make a decision by the end of the month.
