Google Inc.'s YouTube has launched a public test of a new live-streaming video service, the site's most ambitious foray into live programming.

Natalie Tran isn’t just some 22-year-old who lives in her parent’s house, makes look-at-me videos and posts them on YouTube for kicks. OK, she is.
