WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police say a taxi driver was robbed by four people in southeast Washington. The robbery occurred early Sunday morning. Police spokesman Officer Paul Metcalf tells The Washington Post (http://tinyurl.com/qfy6dnz) that four people hailed the 38-year-old taxi driver and took property from him in a strong-arm robbery. It occurred in the Congress Heights neighborhood.
